This is a very exciting time to join the business as the Fraud team is one of the firm’s fastest-growing practices. As a Fraud Paralegal, you will be covering a range of insurance and non-insurance fraud disputes including EL/PL matters, Motor Fraud and Organised Fraud. As well as supporting on a caseload of these type of files, your other duties may include: Assisting with preparation of court bundles Drafting letters of instruction, requests and Instruction to Counsel Preparing briefing notes Reviewing statements, reports and legal documentation Liaising with clients Maintaining up to date files and spreadsheets The successful candidate for the Fraud Paralegal position will ideally have at least 6 months previous experience within Fraud or Injury law, are ambitious with their long-term career goals and is eager to learn something new.
