Primary Responsibilities:Manage staff work schedule effectively between two locations in order to accommodate changes in opening schedules and stretch assignment activities. Maintain a high level of knowledge and skill in all areas of restaurant operations and training. Contact store managers consistently prior to opening to schedule any assistance needed. Maintain regular follow-up with restaurants post open and visit stores that are not performing well. Consult with outside Franchise Business Consultants to develop a plan of action to address deficiencies and ensurebrand standards are met. Confer with management regarding hiring, placing food orders and uniform ordering. Oversee hiring process and recommend store improvements to maximize sales. The minimum requirements are a Bachelors degree in Business Admin, Mgmnt, Restaurant Mgmnt or related field, plus 1 year restaurant exp. 6 mos. Front of house, 6 mos. Back of house.
