Fountain Worker - Proper Eats Food Hall

Description:
JOB REQUIREMENTS:To include but not limited to1. Greet guests in a positive, friendly manner and making them feel welcome.2. Efficiently take orders and receive payment and make proper change, complete required transactions, and categorize tendered receipts by media type.3. Consistently follow sequence of service utilizing proper procedures standardized by department.4. Itemize bills correctly and efficiently secure payment.5. Expedite the order in an accurate and timely manner.6. Prepare and serve food and beverage items to guest.7. Pack the orders as per guests’ preference and complete the order with any necessary condiments.8. Bid farewell to guests, using guest’s name when known, and encourage them to return.9. Perform all opening and closing duties based upon shift assignment.10. Refill and stock all supplies and machines within the outlet.11. Maintain the cleanliness of the all front and back of the house areas within the outlet.12. Unload warehouse orders and stocking the orders to designated storage.13. Work as a team, assisting all guests’ and employees’ needs and inquiries.14. Ability to read shipping receipts.15. Transferring of product between outlets.16. Ability to organize.17. Stocking of side stations, with dry goods.18. Maintaining cleanliness of work station/area.19. Maintain health code standards.20. Maintain clean and neat guest facing areas.21. Stock product as needed.22. Ability to lift 40Lbs23. Ability to put away large product orders.24. Perform all other job duties as agreed upon.QUALIFICATIONS: (Include equipment knowledge/use)• At least 6 months of experience in a Food and Beverage outlet or similar environment.• Excellent customer service skills.• Have interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts.• Professional appearance and demeanor.• Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.• High school diploma or equivalent.• Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms.• Basic computer skills and experience with POS systems.• Knowledge of different types of tendering guest checks.• Positive attitude, self motivated, energetic and is a willing learner.• Ability to up sell.• Ability to follow directions makes quick decisions, and keep organized while under pressure.• Knowledgeable about health and safety regulations.• Must have oral and written English language skills.• Must be 21 years of age to serve food and beverages in the State of Nevada.• Must possess an alcohol awareness card and a Food Handler Safety Training Card
