YOUR LIFE AS A FOUNDRY MACHINE OPERATOR As a Foundry Machine Operator, you play a role in helping our factory produce high-quality parts. Specifically, you inspect and create sand molds to form metal castings for certain parts, such as those with fine exterior details or inner cores. With a strong eye for detail, you closely inspect every pattern and mold to find potential defects. You skillfully and safely operate both manual and automatic molding machines to make the sand molds. When the next job is ready, you swap out the mold patterns.
