Foster Home Licensing Specialist - (Social Work Licensed Required)

As a Family Home Developer , you'll use your networking and communication skills, and our marketing tool kit to find potential foster families to join you for monthly orientation meetings. Your outgoing personality will be an asset in engaging and encouraging families to continue the process as you lead them through Arrow's pre-service training. Your organizational skills will aid families in meeting regulatory compliance for licensing. But it's your passion for kids and families that will be foundational in building the type of loving homes every foster child needs. The Family Home Developer Requires: Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Social Services or a related field and at least one (1) year experience working with children and families. Master's Degree preferred. Licensed Social Workers may be required in some states.
