Pay Range: Day shift: $16-$22.85 Swing or Grave shifts includes a 10% differential.The Forklift Operator is responsible for accurate, timely and safe handling of incoming and outgoing material in warehouse and production environments. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Supports the mission, values, and vision of the company.* Performs routine pre-shift and post-inspections on warehouse equipment.* Manually load or unload materials onto or off pallets.* Load trailers with pre-determined patterns for legal weight distribution.* Provides support picking and staging orders, loading, and unloading trucks.* Ability to store and rotate stock in correct locations with minimal variance.* Correctly identify, and apply labels to material received* Help support facility cleanliness* Effectively communicates with and supports team* Complete other duties as assigned by leadership. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: * Good prioritization and problem-solving ability,* Self-starter that requires minimal supervision.* Previous RF/WMS experience required* Proficient ability with forklift classes 1 through 5 including, double deep high reach, standup, double walkie riders, electric and LP forklifts* Valid class A license helpful. Education and/or Experience: * Minimum two-years verifiable food manufacturing/distribution experience, adept in fast paced, narrow aisle and congested multi-temp environments.*MonPDN-9b72628f-0fef-47fd-aaf4-798f63ad96d8
