Forklift Driver / Shipping Team Member (Swing Shift)

Description:
ROLE: Packaging doors and preparing truckloads for shipping HOURS: Monday-Friday, 3:45pm-12:30am (Plus overtime and occasional Saturdays, depending on workload) RESPONSIBILITIES: Highly detail orientated and safety conscious. Basic knowledge of door construction types and application. Self-motivated, able to work with minimal supervision. Perform all duties in accordance with our safety standards and OSHA regulations. Calmly deal with production pressures from multiple departments. Watch for any quality control issues and take action to correct them. QUALIFICATIONS: A motivated, quick problem solver who likes to work in a fast-paced team environment. Able to read and follow instructions; managing workflow effectively to meet shipping deadlines. A positive, willing attitude. Basic computer knowledge. High impact forklift operation skills including: Extreme confidence in operational abilities Overhead stacking and unstacking of multiple sized units Memorizing and following safe stacking rules. 2 years minimum experience low impact forklift COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: Starting wage of $21 per hour (includes a $1.65 shift differential paid for Swing Shift) Medical/Dental/Vision insurance available after 60 days of employment 401K options after 90 days; paid vacation & holidays after one year of employment Discount for gym membership available to employees and their families MORE ABOUT OUR COMPANY: We are an equal opportunity employer and one of North America's leading manufacturers of quality residential and commercial interior wood doors.
