Job DescriptionThe hourly wage will range from $27 to $29 per hour, depending on experience.As a Foreman in our commercial construction company, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing framing, drywall, finish, and/or acoustical ceiling crews on various commercial projects. You will report directly to the Field Superintendent and Project Manager and be responsible for maintaining a well-organized schedule, ensuring safety compliance, ensuring customer satisfaction, fostering discipline among the crews, and promoting high morale.Responsibilities: * Overall responsibility to oversee projects and to make sure the projects are completed per the plans and specifications in an efficient & safe manner while also meeting expected quality standards. Preferred Qualifications: * Minimum 3-5 years of metal framing, drywall, & acoustical ceiling-related install experience * Must be able to read drawings, specifications, contracts, and subcontracts. * Understand procedural documents such as ASIs, RFIs, and submittal processes. * Lift a minimum of 50lbs * Climb ladders and scaffolding * Able to bend, twist, and turn body at shoulders, waist, knees * Stand for extended periods of timePhysical demands: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions.
