Specific Responsibilities The Measurement Foreman, for Apache Corporation will be a member of Apache's Onshore Production Operations team at the company's Midland, TX office reporting to the Field Measurement Lead. This role will be primarily responsible for the following: :Oversee and assume accountability for all gas and liquid measurement activities in the assigned asset area. :Provide supervision, support and safety leadership for the measurement team and associated contractors. :Manage measurement discrepancy solutions with purchasers and accounting teams. :Monitor system balances and provide support to resolve measurement errors. :Support employee training and development efforts. :Foster good working relationships with multiple internal and external departments. :Ensure customer service needs are achieved by the Team. :Comply with all safety and environmental policies and procedures. :Be aware of and make best efforts to ensure that measurement practices follow all state, federal and regulatory guidelines :Provide relief coverage as needed, including coverage for other asset areas. Qualifications and Experience The successful candidate will have the following qualifications and experience: :High School diploma or equivalent required :5+ years of related work experience. :Fundamental knowledge of gas and liquid measurement and product analysis. :Fundamental understanding of applicable AGA, APA and GPA measurement standards. :Knowledge and understanding of pressure and flow control, production facilities, gathering systems and gas lift operations. :Excellent communication, organizational and leaderships skills. :Able to prioritize workload and special projects. :Knowledge of using specialized software and data platforms such as Roclink, Prolink, PCCU, Cygnet, Cygnet FMS and Avocet Reporter. :Effectively coach and provide feedback to employees around performance and development needs. :The ability to provide onsite technical assistance as needed. :Capable of understanding and managing different personality types.
