Permanent, Full-Time position. Salary: $18 Hourly, for 40.00 Hours per week. Anticipated Start Date: 2023/07/14. Location: Hamilton, Ontario (1 vacancy). Job requirements / skill sets: Seeking a qualified person who can coordinate and supervise the tasks of staff; and coordinate with catering/take-out customers. Supervise and schedule staff who prepare, portion, and serve food. Address complaints of customers; ensure quality is maintained. Provide estimates and maintain inventories and stock. Requisition supplies, if necessary. Coordinate and supervise the tasks of staff engaged in the bake and cook food. Oversee the operations of restaurant and kitchen; ensure have an understanding of preparing food menu items. Ensure have an understanding of preparing foods menu items. Ensure supplies and raw material is always available to meet the restaurant and catering orders. Prepare route plan to deliver food; Establish back up plan in case of staff absenteeism to meet work schedules. Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage. Supervise and train staff in job duties, covid protocol, sanitation and safety procedures. Education: Completion of Secondary School and 1 year to less than 2 years position related work experience.
