Food Service Supervisor Roles and Responsibilities: • Supervise and coordinate activities of staff by scheduling, training and assigning duties• Ensure standards of food quality, presentation and operations are met• Record inventories, sales, wastes and write-ups of any issues and be prepared to report to manager if necessary• Be thoroughly knowledgeable and available to answer any questions regarding the restaurant’s specific dishes or menus • Monitor and maintain records of stock, sales, repairs and wastage for modifying procedures and estimating costs for efficient and profitable operation• Prepare order summaries and reports• Train new servers/attendants in their duties, company procedures, sanitation and safety procedures Requirements: • 1+ years of experience• Completion of secondary school• Excellent communication and people skills• Proficiency in POS systems• Well-organized, able to multi-task and self-motivated Working Condition: • Must be able to work overtime, including weekends, evenings, and night as needed Language of Work: English Job Location: The Fry528 Yonge Street Toronto, ON M4Y 1X9 Position Type: Permanent, Full-Time – 30~40 hours Wage $17 (CAD) per hour Discretionary bonus available based on performance Incremental wage raise available based on performance review Employee discount available We thank you for your interest; however, please take note that we will be contacting only those candidates that have been selected for the next steps.
