A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A FOOD SERVICE MANAGER As a Food Service Manager, you start your day by ensuring that the truck is loaded, clean, and at the correct location on time. You oversee prep and cooking, ensuring that all meals are prepared to our high standards of quality and taste. As customers start to line up, you're at the cash register, providing friendly and efficient customer service, handling transactions, and maintaining accurate records. Throughout the day, you monitor our inventory, restock as needed, and maintain food safety and hygiene standards. Your keen eye for detail is crucial in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our truck. You manage your food service team, assigning tasks, providing guidance, and ensuring that everyone is working together seamlessly to provide an exceptional dining experience. Additionally, you schedule team members, making sure that all shifts are adequately covered. You maintain clear communication with all employees to keep our operations running smoothly. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A FOOD SERVICE MANAGER Valid driver's license and a good driving record Food handler's permit or the ability to acquire one Experience as an assistant manager or a shift lead would be a plus! For this food service position, we are seeking quick learners who can easily adapt to new situations and environments. Additionally, we are looking for applicants who work well with others, can effectively multitask, are skilled communicators, and are committed to putting forth their best effort.
