Job Description: The Food Processing Staff will assist in duties assigned by the Processing Manager including but not limited to preparing, making, and packaging of various finished food products for resale. Essential Functions: Follow recipes to produce and package food products to company standards Ensure selected ingredients are of quality and accurately weighed to produce finished products Thoroughly clean and inspect bottles and containers to be used for final packaged products Properly label all products to comply with legal and safety regulations Accurately count and maintain inventory levels Maintain clean and sterile processing areas in compliance with an HACCP Program Desired Skills and Qualifications: Great and effective communication skills Basic mathematical skills Attention to detail Ability to follow safety standards and protocols High school diploma or GED preferred Previous food processing and food safety handling experience helpful Benefits: 401(k) and Matching Aflac Supplemental Insurance Employee Discounts Group Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance Healthcare and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts Medical/Dental/Drug/Vision Insurance (base Self/Single plan covered by company) Paid Holidays Profit Sharing Referral Program Vacation and Sick Paid Time Off
