Food & Beverage Manager – Luxury Resort in Caribbean Salary: USD 2,500 - 2,900 per month + Work Permit + Flights + Housing + Bonus + Benefits Location: Honduras Our client is a hotel who offers a luxurious Caribbean experience with its stunning beachfront location and diverse amenities. They are seeking a Food and Beverage Manager to lead and enhance the culinary and dining experiences. This role involves overseeing all food and beverage operations, ensuring high standards of service, and driving innovative menu development to delight guests and boost profitability. Responsibilities: Oversee 2 food and beverage outlets Ensure compliance with quality standards and effectiveness of staff training Work closely to align F&B operations with the resort's culinary vision Assist in managing food and beverage budgets, controlling costs, and optimizing profitability Create a continuous learning environment for staff, ensuring adherence to Forbes standards Ideal Food and Beverage Manager: Previous experience in a leadership role, preferably in a luxury setting Fluent in English and Spanish a MUSTExperience within a 4 Star or higher F&B role Caribbean experience an asset Experience in managing excellence-oriented team of around 40 employees Committed to service excellence and customer orientation If you’re interested in this opportunity, please send your resume to Danny today COREcruitment are experts in recruiting for the service sector.
