Duties and Responsibilities: Reporting to the F&B Manager - the Food & Beverage Host/Porter is an integral part to a successful service in any restaurant. You are responsible for the beginning and end of every dining experience at Silvertip Resort. Other duties include answering phones, taking, and seating reservations and assisting servers during service as required. Seat guests in an organized fashion to maintain service flows for the Servers. Take incoming dining reservations. Run food to tables. Obtain dining information from guests, such as dietary restrictions or special occasions and be a specialist in the delivery and knowledge of our products. Answer any questions that guest may have about or menus, operations, and golf course. Work with both the FOH and BOH team to create the best possible experience for our guests.
