Responsibilities: • Implement and monitor operation schedules of food and beverage staff • Monitor and maintain product, supplies, and labor costs• Hire, train, and supervise food and beverage staff to ensure their performance adheres to a high standard• Make regular reports on customer satisfaction scores and recommend suggestions for improvement• Manage all aspects of the hotel’s food and beverage department including budget, menu development, staff oversight, schedule, and customer service Qualifications: • High school graduate or equivalent, degree in hospitality management preferred• Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills• Deep knowledge of culinary trends in the industry and a strong understanding of portion and plating standards • Hospitality customer relationship management experience a plus• Food handling license About Company: We're next to I-80, a few miles away from the Aksarben Shopping Center.
