Job Description Manage the daily operations of the Food & Beverage departments to achieve customer satisfaction, quality service and compliance with local and corporate standard operating procedures. Must be flexible on schedule, weekends, holidays, day and night shifts. Essential Functions : Train and assist in the various outlets in order to attract, retain and motivate the employees; provide open communications to assist in all departments Report on the various outlet budgets and their components (labor costs, food costs, beverage costs, supplies, equipment, etc.)Respond to guest in a timely manner and ensure a quality experience and enhance future sales projects. Participates in personnel decisions. Report to and assist the F&B Director in performing administrative duties including payroll, inventory, food orders, proper cash closing and handling, etc. Leadership: Leads the team in successful day-to-day operations- by example and by being a role model. Takes action when F&B Director is not present. The ideal candidate will: Be able to develop positive working relationships with all Food & Beverage personnel. Be able to adapt and succeed in a fast paced environment. Have previous management role in a Food & Beverage atmosphere. Ensure that safety and security standards are emphasized and adhered to, and employees are trained in appropriate time lines of the hotel standards. Job Type: Full-time
