Floor Care Worker Garden Spot Village, part of Garden Spot Communities, is currently seeking a Floor Care Worker for a Part Time position working weekends only from 7am - 3:30pm. What will I do in this role with Garden Spot? As a Floor Care Worker , supporting the Garden Spot Communities' mission will include the following responsibilities: Performs the following tasks according to established procedures, workflow patterns, and routines: Vacuums carpeted areas throughout the facility. Cleans hard surface floors throughout the facility. Removes trash and bio-hazard trash. Cleans and maintains equipment as necessary. Stores equipment properly after use. Assists with changing chemical drums in laundry services. Monitors floor care product inventory. Identifies and reports any equipment malfunctions to the supervisor. What do I need for this role with Garden Spot? High school diploma or equivalent desirable. Previous housekeeping and/or floor care experience preferred Ability to operate large pieces of equipment used in floor care and other housekeeping functions. Mechanical ability to provide minor maintenance repairs to floor care and housekeeping equipment. Must possess a valid driver's license Ability to understand and follow oral and printed instructions. Ability to work independently. Ability to cooperate with others. How is Garden Spot unique?
