Floating Support Worker (Rough Sleeping Drug and Alcohol Team) : Part Time, Fixed Term Contract : Canterbury, Kent : A GBP 14,400.00 per annum. Role Overview : Floating Support Worker (Rough Sleeping Drug and Alcohol Team): In this fantastic role, you will be offering support to drug and alcohol users aged 18 and over. As part of dedicated Floating Support, aid individuals relocating to another district and coordinate care with the new drug and alcohol service centre. This time: limited transition support ensures a smooth settlement until theyre fully integrated into the local drug and alcohol service. With a smaller caseload, youll be able to provide heightened support, flexibility, and Trauma Informed approaches for complex cases and engagement barriers. Skilled workers will understand rough sleeping risks, coordinating care, including liaising with housing support and ensuring primary care access.
