Caldera Care's internal Float Pool; CRN Pool, LLC is looking for seasoned Licensed Practical Nurses/LPNs who have the passion and excellence in geriatric care. Do you have strong communication, observation and organizational skills paired with an overwhelming amount of compassion and care for others? As a nurse with CRN Pool, LLC., you will be part of a team that plays a vital role in our centers and the lives of our residents. You can combine your expertise and love for the geriatric population and strong work ethic and provide quality care to our residents. In return for your expertise, you will receive excellent training, a higher rate of pay, the opportunity to float to our great centers, North Auburn Health & Rehabilitation Center in Auburn, WA and Aldercrest Health & Rehabilitation Center in Edmonds. We offfer a flexible working schedule, opportunity to learn and grow and to be part of a fantastic team of individuals. Responsibilities: Ensure assigned residents receive their medications and treatments as ordered in their respective care plans Directs NACs to ensure completion of assigned tasks Follows center's policies and policies related to infection control and safety Ensures timely completion of all charting is done in PCC daily before end of shift Completion of all assigned assessments as ordered from RCM and/or DNS Qualifications: Current active LPN WA state licensure without enforcement action against it Ability to speak, understand, read and write English proficiently Ability to furnish a minimum of two favorable professional references Minimum of 6 months experience in a Skilled Nursing setting Interested in joining our Float Pool team?
