Caldera Care/CRN Pool, LLC is looking for seasoned Nursing Assistants who possess passion and excellence in geriatric care. Do you have strong communication, observation and organizational skills paired with an overwhelming amount of compassion and care? As a Float Pool CNA, you can combine your love for the geriatric population and strong work ethic to aid our residents at our beautiful center(s), Ivy Court and Silver Ridge Care, both located in Coeur d'Alene, ID all while working a flexible schedule. In return for your expertise, you will receive excellent training, a higher rate of pay, the opportunity to float to multiple centers, a flexible working schedule, opportunity to learn and grow and be part of a fantastic team of individuals. Responsibilities: Assistance with ADLs Showering/Bathing Assistance with transferring/lifting Feeding Following all tasks as assigned by licensed nurse Qualifications Active WA Certified Nursing Assistant License Minimum of 6 months experience in Skilled Nursing Active OBRA Interested in joining our Float Pool team?
