OPEN POSITION: - Nurse Practitioner- Skilled Nursing Facilities- Float Position- Local Travel RequiredSCHEDULE:- Full-Time- Monday to Friday- Schedule / Travel Parameters Mutually DecidedCOMPENSATION: - Competitive Base Salary, negotiable dependent upon experience- Multiple Bonus Plans- Malpractice Insurance- Health / Dental / Vision Insurance- STD / Life Insurance- Paid Time Off- Paid Holidays- CME Allowance- License / DEA Fees Reimbursed- 401kLOCATION: - New York float position- greater Syracuse areaThe Float NP will travel approximately 3 weeks out of every month, providing coverage at SNFs in Syracuse and the surrounding areas. All travel expenses are covered by the company.COMPANY PROFILE: This organization is a Medicare Advantage Institutional Special Needs Health Plan (ISNP) for long-term nursing home residents. The plan covers all medically necessary and preventive services covered under Medicare Parts A, B, and D. They are strongly focused on improving their members' physical, mental, and social well-being through personalized clinical care and therapies. They are currently hiring due to growth.POSITION DESCRIPTION: The Float NP will provide as-needed coverage to geriatric patients in SNFs.
