As the Fleet Rental Agent, you will establish and strengthen positive and productive relationships while providing best-practice customer service to both internal and external customers. The right candidate will have a proven track record of sales success, an effective communicator, and a self-starter. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Utilize Barco's approved sales and service techniques for pre-qualifying potential customers Clearly communicate to customers Barco's service offering, and rental options Review rental options and details with prospects and customers to assure a clear understanding of Barco's rental agreements Clearly explain the costs per rental and the customers overall responsibilities for the acceptance and return of rental trucks Complete customer on-boarding packet for internal management approval Obtain all adequate information to prepare rental agreements Answer phones/emails to assist customers in a positive friendly manner Assist customers as needed with inquiries or service issues Provide thorough and accurate documentation to customer accounts through strong verbal/written communication Assist with any other duties assigned Skills and Experience Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Problem solver/solution driven Solid computer experience including Microsoft office platforms (Outlook, Excel, Word) Highly organized and good time management Attentive to details Punctual and dependable Ability to work independently as well as within a team Adaptability/flexibility to change as company requires Languages: English fluency required Training/Education required: High School Diploma or GED required Experience required: Minimum 1+ years customer service experience; Auto, truck, or equipment rental experience a plus Hours of work: Monday - Friday Wage Range: - $20.00 - $23.00/hr DOE Must be willing to complete Background Check and MVR
