Check out our Benefits by clicking on the link Health Plan Identifier (benefitspricing.com) ESSENTIAL DUTIES INCLUDE: Creates and tracks purchase orders within the Fleet Maintenance program.Order, input, and put away Inventory parts.Maintain parts inventory by cycle counts.Assist mechanics in ordering the correct parts for repairs.Work with mechanics to ensure all work orders are completed properly.Assist with mechanics and Fleet manager on road calls.Track weekly fuel gallons for Delnum.Manage monthly Fuel & Mileage Report - An important part of this positionSorts and files department paperwork.Attends department staff meetings, training, etc. as needed. Qualifications: Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent required Knowledge/Skill/Abilities: Must have basic computer proficiency. Requires experience with Microsoft Office.
