POSITION: FLEET ADMINISTRATOR The Fleet Administrator position at COMANCO Environmental Corporation involves managing the administrative and accounting functions of the Fleet Department. A successful candidate should also have skilled knowledge of computerized accounting systems and administrative software, working knowledge of Database software, Internet software, Spreadsheet software, Word Processing software, and Outlook. A Fleet Administrator manages a high volume of inbound and outbound emails and phone calls, creates reorder reports to ensure inventory stock levels are accurately maintained. They are also responsible for creating purchase orders and accounting for any missing or unnecessary items related to the PO ensuring inventory is accurately received and issued. A Fleet Administrator creates Job Requisitions and completes manual entries for inventory supply orders, participates in the physical inventory count by accurately counting each item, maintaining the Surplus Materials Warehouse, and creates Equipment Work Orders.
