Responsibilities include managing a team of personal trainers, creating personalized training programs for clients, and overseeing the training program budget. Our ideal candidate has previous experience in the fitness industry and some prior experience managing people. Responsibilities: • Make sure everyone is following the rules and safety protocols set by the fitness center• Recruit and train a staff of personal trainers and evaluate their performance• Maintain a record of each client's progress and make adjustments to instruction as needed• Develop and implement personalized fitness programs for clients based on their goals and fitness levels• Control the costs of the training program and make sure it stays within the set budget Qualifications: • Currently certified as a fitness instructor or personal trainer• Candidates must have completed high school or received similar certification (GED)• Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills with clients and coworkers • A proven record of experience managing a team, preferably in the fitness industry, is preferred• Proven customer service experience with a strong client-focused mentality Compensation: $20 - $30 hourly About Company: At Valley Fitness we’re not just a gym; we’re a thriving community dedicated to helping you achieve your fitness goals.
