Candidates will also be given opportunities to teach Group Fitness classes and therefore should have a Group Fitness Certification or applicable experience. This is a unique opportunity to get in as we continue to add more value to our Fitness Department, our members, and our community. There is also additional compensation through commission. Coach small group fitness classes with a max of 8 people. Offering personalized coaching and modifications to fit the clients needs. Small group classes range in theme from kettlebells, power lifting, cardio, circuit training, foam rolling and more. Team members use the class template and have the chance to create their own class workout and playlist. Ability to jump in and train clients one on one.
