Fitness Associate: Fitness Associates are responsible for providing outstanding member service at our Fercho and Schlossman YMCAs. As a Fitness Associate, you will greet all members and guests in a professional manner as they enter the fitness center and promote all aspects and benefits of the facility in a positive manner. Fitness Associates are available to members and guests to assist them, ensuring safety in member exercises and supervision of the fitness center rules and safety equipment. Fitness Associates are also responsible for keeping the fitness center organized and clean at all times, ensuring cleanliness of the fitness area equipment by completing cleaning tasks as assigned. Fitness Associate Pay & Benefits: $13.78/hour Please see our website for the Employee Benefits for Part Time Employees (15 - 29 hours/week) and Casual Employees (1 - 14 hours/week).
