Responsibilities include managing a team of personal trainers, creating personalized training programs for clients, and overseeing the training program budget. Our ideal candidate has previous experience in the fitness industry and some prior experience managing people. Responsibilities: • Work together with all departments to ensure that every client has a positive and memorable experience• Monitor client progress and adjust training programs as needed• Hire, instruct, assess, and direct a staff of fitness instructors and trainers• Develop and implement personalized fitness programs for clients based on their goals and fitness levels• Make sure everyone is following the rules and safety protocols set by the fitness center Qualifications: • Proven customer service experience with a strong client-focused mentality• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients and other team members• Currently certified as a fitness instructor or personal trainer• A proven record of experience managing a team, preferably in the fitness industry, is preferred• Educational requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent GED certification Compensation: 20 - 30 hourly About Company: At Valley Fitness we’re not just a gym; we’re a thriving community dedicated to helping you achieve your fitness goals.
