The successful candidate will be responsible for representing clients in first-party insurance coverage disputes, providing legal advice and guidance, and conducting legal research. Duties:Represent clients in first-party insurance coverage disputes.Provide legal advice and guidance on first-party insurance matters.Conduct legal research and analysis related to insurance coverage issues.Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.Prepare and participate in hearings, mediations, and arbitrations.Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.Collaborate with other attorneys and staff on complex cases. Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the state bar in good standing.2-5 years of first-party/property coverage experience.Strong knowledge of insurance law and regulations.Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.Effective communication and negotiation abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications:Admission to the State Bar in good standing. Skills:Proficiency in legal research and writing.Strong understanding of insurance law and regulations.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.Team player with the ability to collaborate with colleagues.
