Fire Safety Manager Hybrid working from home, one of our national office locations (flexible on where you are based) and leading fire safety across the UK with regular site visits Permanent, full time (37.5 hpw) c£50,000 per annum (negotiable) plus car allowance of £4,609 per annum based on mileage and great benefits including Health Cash Plan! Then Join our grown Building Safety team at this exciting time, supporting us in the successful delivery of our fire risk backssment programme. You’ll work with Monika our new Director of Building Safety who is shaping our services to be exemplar and industry leading, working together to provide a safe place to live for our customers and a safe place to work for our colleagues. Typical day as Fire Safety Manager (known internally by us as Senior Fire Safety Business Partner) Working with colleagues across the business to develop, mentor and support them to undertake fire risk backssments and embedding a positive fire safety culture across the organisation. You’ll analyse and review the Fire Risk backssments carried out by our teams, validating them to provide quality assurance and ensuring compliance. Working with partners, contractors and other professionals including the Fire and Rescue Service to deliver scheduled backssments, inspections and audits. Ensure we have a clear framework that drives compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. Reporting on the performance of our programme to our Fire Safety Technical Manager.
