Seeking a Finish Motor Grader Operator for a direct hire opportunity in Atlanta, GA and Norcross, GA!Full-time (40 hours) and full benefits.Pay: $30.00 - $32.00/per hour (based on experience) Responsibilities: Perform either rough or fine grade finishing, precisely spreading and mixing materials in order to dry and prep roads. Construct road surface to precise grade specifications Lay cold mix, and/or shave and rip out old road surfaces Operates trucks of various sizes and weights in the loading, hauling, and unloading of various equipment, materials, and supplies. Operates trucks and construction or power equipment, such as mechanized broom, backhoe, man-lift, dump truck, road grader, front-end loader, hydraulic excavators, skid steers and inductor. Perform daily maintenance on equipment and tools. Assist in digging ditches, trenches, and other tasks related to roadside construction. Assist in traffic control device installation and maintenance. Perform other duties as required. Qualifications: Valid driver’s license required; CDL preferred. 3 to 5 years of heavy equipment operating experience. High School Diploma or Equivalent. Flexibility to work weekends and outside normal hours. Reliable transportation required. Bilingual preferred. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and operate equipment controls.Work in and around highway or roadside construction areas.
