Qualifications:• Hold a FINRA Series 7 & 63/66 license is preferred for this role.• Possessing 2-15 Health & Life Insurance Licenses is required.• Understanding the responsibilities of a Financial Advisor or Consultant is essential.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, financial planning software, Google Suite, CRM systems, and related applications is a must.• Exceptional customer service skills are necessary, including effective communication, interpersonal abilities, and math proficiency.• A degree in business administration, finance, or a related field is a prerequisite.• Commitment to assisting individuals with their financial needs is key.• Adherence to ethical practices is paramount.• Demonstrating a success-oriented and positive attitude is crucial.• Showing enthusiasm for the work is highly valued.• Ability to handle pressure in a constructive manner is required.• Setting long-term goals is important.• Being open to guidance and feedback is necessary for growth.• Striving to achieve excellence in all tasks is expected.
