The role ensures that all internal and external financial reporting deadlines are achieved, while maintaining a high level of service to our external customers and shareholders. Responsibilities Preparing journal entries and performing various ledger control account reconciliations relating to various accounts. Preparing accounts payable for processing and answering questions about invoices and payments. Processing and recording monthly credit card statements. Banking processing - Verifying completeness of reports, providing information about issued/cashed cheques, researching recalled and rejected payments, bank reconciliations, cheque continuity. .
