We have a full-time opportunity for a Financial Analyst External Reporting to support our Management Discussion and Analysis. Here’s where you’ll be focusing: • Prepare the interim and annual Management Discussion and Analysis (MD&A) for both Sobeys and Empire • Communicate and work in a collaborative manner to resolve senior management questions related to the content in the MD&A • Assist in review of all legal entity statements • Prepare quarterly disclosure binder for CEO/CFO purposes • Submit monthly and annual Statistics Canada surveys and inquiries • Researching and benchmarking industry competitors • Work with external auditors quarterly during reviews and audits • Collaborate with members of Finance Shared Services, Tax, Accounting.
