As part of a high-performing, client-centric small business, we are looking to add an ambitious, honest, professional, and ethical Financial Advisor who will provide excellent service and advice to clients. This position collaborates with the Lead Advisor to deliver comprehensive financial planning and investment management to clients. You will be helping our team continue to enhance and deepen relationships with clients by fostering trust and satisfaction. This is an on-site position with a career track, mentorship, and growth opportunities at LML. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, trustworthy, animal-loving team player seeking to work hard along with other individuals who enjoy helping people achieve financial security and peace of mind. One of our team members is a gentle office dog, so you must be comfortable around animals and willing to care for her, as needed. Responsibilities: Financial Planning Investment Management (40%) --- Conduct and attend client meetings. --- Gather and organize client data to develop a comprehensive financial plan. --- Research and gather investment data. --- Prepare and execute trading for clients. --- Conduct investment/portfolio or planning research projects. --- Complete ongoing education in all financial planning and investment areas. Client Service (40%) --- Review changes in the industry and work with the team to adjust client plans and investment allocations accordingly. --- Prepare for client meetings and assist our team with follow-up and implementation of items. --- Assist clients with inquiries and requests. --- Establish, monitor, and maintain client investment accounts. Office Management (20%) --- Assist in creating goals, strategic vision, and help with the direction of the firm. --- Assist with technology, research, and implementation of new solutions. --- Ensure team is adhering to the highest compliance & ethical standards. --- Help team cover various tasks when needed. Qualifications: --- 4+ years of relevant experience with knowledge of key financial, investment, and risk management concepts. --- Have current SIE, Series 7, Series 66, WI Health, and WI Life Insurance licenses or independently obtaining the qualifications currently (and will be completed within 90 days of employment). --- Bachelor's degree in finance or other relevant field is helpful. --- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to establish priorities and manage multiple requests. --- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. --- Excellent problem-solving skills. --- Must be professional with a positive attitude and friendly demeanor. About Company: We offer a competitive salary comprised of base pay and incentives established on KPIs and team goals.
