Executive Network Group are currently working on a retained basis with an SME in Solihull, who are now looking to strengthen their sales team with two experienced finance professionals. These roles will be Finance Relationship Managers. This is a superb opportunity to take your finance career in a slightly different direction from traditional accounting, to build new skills and develop relationships whilst managing and developing a team. This role would suit an AAT qualified in dividual, with strong excel and data modelling skills who is looking to take their accounting career in a slightly different direction. Our client sells solutions to Accountancy Practices, and since launching less than 10 years ago they have grown from strength to strength and are now looking to grow their headcount. You'll be responsible for managing a small team and some responsibilities will include: : Leading the existing sales team, focussing on strategy and development : Manipulate data to help teams make informed decisions. : Leading and mentoring the team driving them to help achieve, and exceed KPI's : Building new, and existing relationships : Creating and building Sales Dashboards to closely monitor KPI's. : Process improvement : always look for more efficient ways of working. : Daily monitoring of multi product sales performance through month to date targets What you'll need: : 2:1 or 1st class degree : Advanced Excel skills including Pivot tables and LOOKUPs : AAT Qualification of working towards CIMA or ACCA : Account management / Sales skills (desirable) : Desire to progress These roles will be based in Solihull, ideally 5 days per week.
