Position Summary: We're recruiting for a Finance Director for our StruXure business based onsite at our Dahlonega, Georgia manufacturing facility. This position is a business partner to the StruXure Business Unit leadership team who will be responsible for leading the planning, management reporting, and analysis activities of the segment. This includes the responsibility for directing, leading, and coordinating the Business Unit processes that encompass annual financial planning, long-range financial planning, dynamic forecasting, contingency planning and analysis of actual results. Key Activities: Partner w/ StruXure GM to Drive AOP / Business Plan / Forecast Leads the forecasting, budgeting and long-range planning processes within the Business Unit. Provides financial leadership, guidance, and analysis to finance and business partners to drive improved financial performance and meet the company's goals and objectives. Provides proactive analysis and commentary on business performance that demonstrates a strong understanding of industry and market factors. Summarizes key conclusions and recommends opportunities for improvement. Enhances and drives consistency in key performance indicators. Drives financial process and technology improvement efforts, incorporating best practices. Prepares senior management and Board of Directors communications and presentations in the area of Business Unit financial performance. Provides support to Corporate Finance and Accounting functions on earnings releases, external disclosures, and investor relations activities. Financial Reporting - can pull together and lead the critical financial discussions for the P&L Weekly/Monthly with simple STD reporting. Monitors progress vs. annual and long-range goals and models the impact of course-correction actions. Develops dynamic forecasts, upside/downside scenarios and performs sensitivity analysis. Provides modeling and analytics to support strategic activities including growth initiatives and major investments. Owns pulling together the Profit Improvement roadmap for the Product Line with the GM - Price, Volume, Mix, Inflation, Productivity, etc. Margin Analysis / Ad Hoc support to business as it relates to both Commercial and MFG OPS Analysis. Talent - build small but impactful Finance team to help drive StruXure business. Integration - can help integrate legacy acquisitions which have not been fully integrated. Key Skills: Partner w/ GM & cross functional teams Team Player - work across cross functional lines - Marketing, Sales, Manufacturing/Operations, Finance, IT, etc. Prior Manufacturing Finance / Industrial Experience Teacher - can help raise business acumen of both the Finance Team as well as the StruXure business team Position Qualifications: Education : Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Consulting or other business-related fields. Experience : Minimum 10 years related experience required in progressively more responsible financial management positions, including experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a public company environment. Computer Skills : Strong systems skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and business performance management applications. Other Requirements: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Exceptional verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills and ability to communicate complex business issues in a clear and concise manner. Strong project management skills and ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple work assignments simultaneously. Demonstrated aptitude to drive change throughout an organization. Proven ability to interact with all levels of management to communicate financial results, the impact of proposed business decisions and drive performance improvement. Preferred Requirements: MBA or Master's in finance, CPA Hyperion / Essbase experience Oracle experience JDE experience Business Intelligence software experience is a plus Success Measures: N inety (90) days: Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, including department heads, senior management, and external partners. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their financial needs and provide support where necessary. Six (6) Months: Lead the annual budgeting process, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and accurate financial projections. Provide mentorship and guidance to the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth. Identify gaps in current financial systems and work on gap closure plan. One (1) year: Financial Strategy Implementation: Successfully implement the financial strategy developed in collaboration with senior management, aligning it with the organization's overall goals and objectives. Profitability Enhancement: Lead initiatives to optimize profitability by identifying cost-saving opportunities, improving revenue streams, and maximizing operational efficiency. E mpower and motivate the finance team to excel by providing opportunities for skill development, fostering a collaborative environment, and recognizing achievements. Compensation for roles at AZEK varies depending on a wide range of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. The annual salary for this role is $ 180,000 to $190,000.
