The opportunity: Job purpose This finance business partner role is exceptionally commercially focused, supporting many areas of the business including Construction, Tech and Commercial. The role will require someone who is comfortable providing clear financial analysis of large volumes of data to support decision making, with strong time management skills to manage multiple projects at once. Duties and responsibilities-Managing and achieving the financial targets and objectives of individual projects throughout the year and effectively time managing those that are running concurrently-Ensuring any deviations from project plans are escalated and mitigation plans in place for both cost and time deviations. Be responsible for updating key stakeholders in a timely manner-Providing financial analysis on large volumes of data to the business to support the financial decision making, particularly highlighting risks and opportunities around margin for both the online and store business-Providing financial analysis on any marketing activations in store and online to determine if successful and ensure optimisation in future-Assisting with the financial budgeting and forecasting including assisting with the financial modelling of projects and margin-Improving the impact and understanding of financial reporting around projects and margin reporting-Build partnerships and maintain strong relationships with the key stakeholders across the business-Supporting the development and implementation of best financial practices-Ensuring compliance with company policies.
