Our prestigious client, a leading local government entity, is partnering with us to fill a crucial role in their Finance Systems Project. Join us in driving transformative change and making a lasting impact! About the Role Our client is embarking on a significant initiative to overhaul their finance systems, replacing outdated platforms with a cutting-edge, cloud-based solution. As part of this endeavour, they are seeking a talented Business Analyst to join their Shared Services Programme. This is a temporary role, initially for 6 months with the potential for extension to 12 months, operating outside IR35 regulations. Responsibilities As the Business Analyst, you will: Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals and requirements. Analyse existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement. Develop and propose design options to enhance efficiency and resilience. Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams. Document changes, procedures, and workflows with meticulous attention to detail. Assist in user training and support during system implementation. Contribute to the development of a sustainable support model for future system maintenance. Requirements Proven experience as a Business Analyst in financial system implementations. Familiarity with finance systems such as E-Financials (One Advanced) is advantageous. Demonstrated ability to drive change within organisations. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
