The ideal candidate will possess a combination of project finance and MA experience, with fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese being preferred. Job Overview:The Finance Associate Attorney will handle a variety of finance matters, with a focus on project finance and MA transactions. Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is preferred. Duties:Handle project finance transactions, including drafting and negotiating finance agreements.Assist with MA transactions, including due diligence and contract drafting.Provide legal counsel and support to clients on finance-related matters.Collaborate with internal teams and clients to develop and execute transaction strategies.Conduct legal research and analysis on finance law issues. Requirements:3-5 years of experience in finance law.Experience in project finance and MA transactions.Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is preferred.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and oral communication skills. Education and Certifications:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the DC Bar. Skills:Experience in project finance and MA transactions.Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese (preferred).Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
