Final QC Technician Position Summary The Final QC Technician is responsible for a variety of duties related to shipping and inventory management of all parts, supplies, materials, equipment and stock. This position reports to the Quality Supervisor and works very closely with the shipping department. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Perform Final QC on all new and repaired Cold Heads or Compressors to meet daily shipping schedule. Communicate with the Shipping Department to coordinate final QC check. Under the direction of the Quality, follow the appropriate QC checklists. Box Cold Heads orders according to Cryomech Bluefors standards. Communicate interdepartmentally to insure specific order requirements. Completion and delivery of all documentation to the Quality/Shipping Manager. Keep track of all shipping related inventory and notify the Supply Chain Manager of needs. Maintains 6S in Shipping areas May assist in packaging and loading trucks as required. Package Cryomech Bluefors's products for shipping to its customers in accordance with appropriate procedures. Assist shippers in necessary tasks in order to meet shipping requirements as directed. Box spare parts Handle loading, interface with common carriers insuring that our product is safely loaded. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications and Education Requirements High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
