Summary/Objective The Field Service Technician installs our equipment, provides onsite maintenance services, and troubleshoot in the field in varying environments. As a main contact person for our customers, the Field Service Technician represents Zund and must therefore identify themselves closely with the company, products, and clientele. What you would do: Install and service digital finishing equipment Complete paperwork related to the installation and service of digital finishing equipment Troubleshoot via phone support for customers Provide customer service on related equipment and products Follow up with service-related issues to make sure they are resolved and documented Learn software related to digital finishing equipment Train customers on use of cutters and related software both onsite and virtually Setup and takedown equipment and participate during trade shows Follow written procedures and service manager's directions What we require from you: Solid mechanical and electrical aptitude Willing to work flexible hours and overnight travel up to 80% Valid driver's license and safe driving record Excellent communication skills Energetic and self-motivated Good team player that is honest, and dependable Problem solver that has pride in workmanship Strong desire for customer satisfaction Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with Salesforce is a plus Besides the fantastic state of the art facility and career growth we also offer an excellent Benefit Program that among others includes Medical, Dental and Vision Coverage, Life Insurance, Long-term and Short-term Disability Insurance and a Retirement Plan (401K).
