Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide onsite support for Columbia Industries products Provide training for junior personnel Complete all administrative paperwork in a timely manner (expense reports, timesheets and service reports) Provide technical phone support Create procedures for new service activities Provide feedback to Engineer and Production for issues found in the field Other Duties and Responsibilities Capable of interpreting blueprints and/or following a scope of work or project Capable at math and fitting skills Capable to determine material requirements Capable at working on electrical, hydraulic and diesel systems Read hydraulic symbols and circuit diagrams Use precision measurement equipment Know various tube fittings and select the proper replacement Make up tube assemblies Know how to prevent and repair system leaks Perform contamination control Manufacturing hydraulic hose assemblies Welds according to GMAC, FCAW procedures Proficient in Windows based applications Minimum Experience and Qualifications Five years experience in a shop environment preferred. Ability to perform essential job duties with or without reasonable accommodation and without posing a direct threat to safety or health of employee or others. Training, Certifications, Licenses, Registrations CI Forklift Certification CI Forklift Certification Fall Protection QFM Work Instructions Course 100% CBT Safety Training Critical Skills Language Skills: Ability to read, write, analyze and effectively present information Mathematical Skills: Intermediate mathematical concepts Computer Skills: Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office suite Reasoning Ability: Ability to define problems, draw valid conclusions, interpret and collect data, and draw valid conclusions Physical Demands Occasionally: Sit, climb or balance, and lift up to 50 pounds Regularly: Stand, walk, talk or hear, taste or smell and lift up to 25 pounds Frequently: Use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands or arms, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl and lift up to 10 pounds Vision Requirements : Close, distance, color, peripheral, depth, perception and ability to adjust and focus Work Environment Shop and field environment
