Job Description: We are seeking a Field Manager to oversee and manage a group of automotive tool and equipment mobile salespeople in Central Florida . The Field Manager is responsible for managing and providing daily coaching for their designated team in the field . Our ideal candidate will offer ongoing sales coaching, analyze route data to guide performance, achieve short- and long-term sales goals , participate in field customer route sales calls and improve overall customer experience . The Field Manager will provide leadership and vision to motivate the team , m onitor compliance with deadlines for truck merchandising and financial reporting and engage in the recruitment process , employee onboarding and training .
