We seek a high-energy Human Resources Business Partner to help drive our HR initiatives and promote our high-performance culture in our Indianapolis Operations Office and our Sales group found throughout the Midwest region. How You'll Make an Impact You will partner with employee teams at appropriate levels to drive performance and build organizational capability, including coaching and enabling managers to be better leaders. You will closely collaborate with peers and colleagues throughout the HR community to bring to bear the complete HR value chain. As a trusted advisor and thought leader, you will drive discussions related to cultural and workforce changes and provide recommendations. Enable local departments to develop a diverse, robust talent pipeline, including focusing on succession planning. Keep an overall pulse of the sales and operations leadership team and constantly scan the external market for trends and influences. Partner with the operation and sales managers to create and implement people strategies that support department specific strategic initiatives and leverage site HR resources for routine activities Use data (new hire, pulse, exit, engagement, manager assessments) to identify critical areas of development and create development plans to support leaders/management teams. What You'll Need to Succeed Excellent consulting, interpersonal, and coaching skills Strategic and critical thinking, including demonstrated problem-solving and complex decision-making skills Ability to leverage data to draw insights, tell stories, and make recommendations Curiosity and growth mindset Strong understanding of change leadership Prior experience working in manufacturing and/or matrixed environments is a plus. Bachelor's Degree required Minimum of 4 years of human resources partner experience demonstrating a proven understanding of multiple human resources subject areas, including employee relations, performance management, and management consultation.
