Our FedEx Ground contractor, is now hiring full-time FedEx Delivery Route Drivers in the Fort Worth area. Drivers will be operating out of the Fort Worth terminal and will be making deliveries to local residences and businesses in the suburban area. Our drivers will be operating step vans provided by the employer. No CDL required! Military, and Veteran applicants are strongly encouraged to apply! Terminal Location: 4901 Village Creek Rd, Fort Worth, TX 76119 Paid starting at $170, with the possibility of higher pay with experience. Schedule: 5 days a week with required weekend availability!! VBM Distribution, Inc. needs flexible people with flexible hours! Delivery Driver Benefits: Weekly Paycheck - Direct Deposits on Fridays Paid Training at $140/day After 6 Months: 1 week paid leave After 1 year: 2 weeks paid leave Company provided uniforms Safety oriented company culture Other performance-based incentives Delivery Driver Job Information: Our routes dispatch no later than 7:30 AM and are completed once all packages are delivered (typically 4:30 PM). This is a physical job and requires that the delivery driver gets in and out of the truck. Delivery Driver Requirements: MILITARY DRIVING, TAXI, UBER, PIZZA DELIVERY, LANDSCAPE DRIVER IS PREFERRED Clean Motor Vehicle Record Applicants must be 21 years of age or older Must be able to pass a Drug Test and DOT Medical / Physical Exam (Employer reimbursement provided) Must be willing to undergo a background check Physically able to carry packages 100 lbs or more. 150 lbs with a Cart Able to deliver at least 150 stops per day. Must live within 30 minutes of Fort Worth, TX. Delivery Driver Responsibilities: Arrive at the Fort Worth FedEx terminal to pick up the vehicle and packages Arrive at the Fort Worth FedEx terminal by 7:30am to organize the vehicle Loading and Unloading packages from the truck Delivering packages to the destination Scanning and Logging Packages Assist other team members if able and when called on by the manager SAFETY, INTEGRITY, SERVICE, and ATTENDENCE are top priorities!
