FedEx Ground is looking to hire full-time delivery drivers in the Cleveland, OH area. We are looking for motivated and dependable individuals to work as part of a team! If you are looking to further your career as a professional driver, we look forward to having you on the team! No CDL Required! Drivers will be operating out of the terminal in Richfield, OH and will be making deliveries to local businesses and residences in suburban areas. Our drivers will be operating P1000 and P1200 vehicles. Click here for more job details! Pay: $750 per week Work Hours: 5 days/week - MUST have 1 day of weekend availability8AM-delivery completion around 4PM Terminal Address: 3201 Columbia Rd Richfield, OH 44286 Delivery Driver Benefits: Health insurance (at driver’s cost) 1 week paid vacation after 1 year of service (additional 1 day after every year with a 2 week max) Paid weekly! Company provided uniforms Safety-oriented company culture Other performance-based incentives Delivery Driver Requirements: Clean Motor Vehicle Record Applicants must be 21 years of age or older 1 Year of Driving Experience for a job Must be able to pass a Drug Test (includes test for cannabis, Delta 8, certain CBDs, etc.) Must be able to pass a DOT Medical / Physical Exam (Paid by Employer!) Must be willing to submit to a background check Physically able to handle packages up to 50 lbs. Delivery Driver Responsibilities: Arrive at terminal in Richfield, OH to pick up vehicle and/ or packages Loading and Unloading packages from truck Delivering packages to destination/scanning and logging packages SAFETY, INTEGRITY, SERVICE, and ATTENDANCE are top priorities!
