FedEx Ground is now hiring full-time and part-time FedEx Delivery drivers for deliveries and pick-ups from homes and businesses in the Lowell, AR area. Ideal candidates effectively communicate with customers, convey a positive image of FedEx and manage their daily priorities. Our drivers will be operating step vans provided by the employer. Salary: $16.50/hour starting pay Schedule: Approx 8:30 - 5:30, Mon-Fri, Tue-Sat Terminal Location: 400 N Goad Springs Rd, Lowell, AR 72745 Delivery Driver Benefits: PTO accrual after 1 year Self paced work environment Opportunities for Bonuses and Raises Medical Insurance Company provided uniforms Safety-oriented company culture Other performance-based incentives Delivery Driver Requirements: Clean Motor Vehicle Record Practicing safe driving techniques Applicants must be 21 years of age or older 1 Year of Driving Experience related to a job in the last three years Amazon, UPS, USPS, military vehicles, box truck driving experience, moving company experience, FedEx, or DHL experience is a plus! Must be able to pass a Drug Test and DOT Medical / Physical Exam (Paid by Employer!) Must submit to a full background check Physically able to carry a package up to 75 lbs. Be able to get in and out of your truck 100-150 times a day. Delivery Driver Job Responsibilities: Arrive at the Lowell FedEx terminal to pick up vehicle and packages Loading and unloading packages from truck Delivering packages to destination Scanning and logging packages Daily truck inspection About us: We are a fast paced, team environment that values its team members.
