A FedEx Ground contractor is URGENTLY HIRING full time delivery drivers. Drivers will be operating out of the Bowling Green, KY terminal, located at 155 Flex Park Drive, Bowling Green, KY 42101 and will be making deliveries in the surrounding areas in step vans and cutaways provided by the employer. No CDL required! FedEx/Amazon/UPS/DHL experience is a plus! Pay: $160 per day Work Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday (Off Wednesday’s) Work Hours : Approx 8:00AM -5:00PM or until route completion Delivery Driver Benefits: Weekly Paycheck – Direct Deposit Opportunity for raises and bonuses Health Insurance offered after 90 days of employment 401k with 3% company match after 90 days of employment Paid Vacation Paid Training for 1 week ($16 per hour) Company provided uniforms Safety oriented company culture No micromanaging Delivery Driver Requirements: Clean Motor Vehicle Record Applicants must be 21 years of age or older 1 year of job-related driving experience preferred but not required (Uber/door dash, construction, landscaping medical transport, etc) Must be willing to submit to a background check Must complete a DOT physical and drug test (FedEx pays for this)! Physically able to handle up to 150lbs (with assistance of a dolly) This is a physical job and requires that the delivery driver gets in and out of the truck repeatedly Delivery Driver Responsibilities: Arrive at FedEx terminal to pick up vehicle and packages Must conduct pre-trip and post-trip safety inspections Loading and Unloading packages from the truck Delivering packages to the correct destination Accurately scanning and logging packages SAFETY, INTEGRITY, SERVICE, and ATTENDANCE are top priorities!
